    When you request an estimate or contact us through a form on this site, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, the address of the property, and a description of the work you want done. Our sod cost calculator additionally records the square footage you enter and the estimate it produces. All of this is information you choose to provide, and we only ask for what we need to quote and schedule the job.

    Form submissions are not stored in a database on this website. They are sent to us by email and kept in our email system.
  2. Information Collected Automatically
    Like most websites, ours records standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site or search that referred you. This is collected through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and where visitors come from. We also record anonymous counts of interactions with on-site prompts — how many times a message was shown or clicked — which contain no personal information.

    We use the information you give us to respond to your enquiry, prepare and send a quote, schedule and carry out the work, invoice you, and follow up about the job afterwards. We use the automatically collected information to maintain and improve the website and to measure the performance of our advertising. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s standard retention settings. If you would like your information removed sooner, contact us and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

    This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to our email and site administration is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

    You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected if it is wrong, and to ask us to delete it.
